What is SendCastle

We are an email service provider that help our clients with designing and sending newsletters and email campaigns. While we try our best to constantly keep "bad apples" out of our system, sometimes they might slip through and believe us when we say: It hurts us as much as it hurts you! We really want to get rid of them.

Report abuse or misbehaviour

We are constantly doing our best to keep our customers from sending you mails you do not want. If you think that a customer of ours misbehaved and you'd like to provide more information please contact us at abuse@sendcastle.com or simply forward the mail to abuse@sendcastle.com. We will immediately start an investigation of our client (the one that sent you the mail).

Unsubscribe

All mails sent via Sendcastle must have an unsubscribe link at least at the bottom of the mail, unsubscribing from a campaign will ensure that you are removed from our client's contact list.
